“The very essence of martial arts is the thirst for knowledge and the truth about ourselves”

Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed Martial Arts is a comprehensive system that integrates both striking and grappling disciplines into a unified approach. Training includes stand-up techniques such as kickboxing, ground control and submissions, and the transitions between them. Programs are structured to support a range of participants from teens and beginners to experienced athletes with a focus on discipline, conditioning, and technical development. MMA training also includes controlled, coach-supervised sparring sessions, ensuring safe and progressive application of skills based on individual readiness and experience.
Submission Grappling
Submission Grappling is a ground-based discipline focused on positional control, escapes, and submission techniques. Training progresses from foundational skills to advanced applications, emphasizing control, fluid transitions, and the ability to chain movements together. At higher levels, practitioners develop timing, strategy, and live situational awareness, incorporating advanced submissions and counters.

Submission Striking
Submission Striking combines stand-up striking with submission elements, integrating punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and takedowns. Training begins with stance, movement, and basic combinations, then evolves into more advanced techniques with an emphasis on timing, defense, and controlled application. At advanced levels, practitioners refine distance management, counters, and live execution in a controlled, technical environment.
